You do need to be a member, but it can sometimes be helpful to ask your neighbors for answers to any questions you may have or share information for things you may know.

How do I get approval for changes to my deck, my front or back lawn and the color of my house?

You need to get approval from the Design Review Committee by filing out a form.  It's important to know, that depending on the changes you want to make, you may need to get a permit from the Town of Parker as well.  (Back to Top)

Who do I contact if there is vandalism?

If you see vandalism in progress you need to call the Parker Police.   If it's after the fact, please call Centennial Property Management and report it to them.   (Back to Top)

Who should I contact if there is a problem with my HOA fees?

The first thing to do is to send an email to Centennial Property Management.  If you don't get a response from them, then please feel free to contact a board member and explain the situation to them.  They may be able to help!   (Back to Top)

What if my neighbor is away and there is a problem with their home?

If it's appropriate, call the Town of Parker Police Department.  Again, this should also be reported to Centennial Property Management  so that they can keep track of the situation.   (Back to Top)

How do I become a volunteer?

The best way to get involved with the community is to attend the monthly HOA meeting and see what all is going on with the community.  There are several committees and most of them could use more people to get involved and make our community a better place.  (Back to Top)

Where are the HOA Meetings?

The meetings are the third Thursday of every month and are usually held at the Parker Public Library, 6:30-8:30pm.  (Back to Top)
