NewsIn Memory of Tim WardelOn September 26, 2004, Bradbury Ranch resident Tim Wardel died suddenly while bike riding with his children Sarah, 9 and Daniel, 7. They, along with their mother, Paula, lived in Bradbury Ranch for the past 5 years. You may have seen Tim as he was often with his kids flying kites in the park, riding bikes, or taking the kids to the pool. He was most recently seen accompanying Daniel door-to-door helping him with a Boy Scouts fundraiser. As a community, we are now trying to help his family by raising money with a Memorial Fund. Donations can be made in Tim’s name at First Bank on Jordan and Lincoln, or any First bank location. In addition to the Memorial Fund that has been established, neighbors of the Wardell’s set up a fundraiser for lawn aeration and sprinkler blow-out to raise money for his wife, Paula and their children. We would like to offer a special thank you to the neighbors who participated in the aeration/sprinkler blow-out fundraiser. There were over 20 families who participated and we raised $1000.
